To ensure compliance with the NHMRC and annual progress report requirements, extensions are granted for a maximum of one year to either June or December. Further extensions can be applied for on an annual basis. Note that if you are granted an extension to the protocol, you are still required to submit yearly progress reports.
To request an extension, please download and complete the 'Progress/Final Report' template below and send to res.ethics@acu.edu.au.
